Alan has authored many reports and technical papers in his career, and can provide reports and publications on a variety of scientific, technical and disaster management topics. Alan has more than 35 years of meteorological experience dealing with a wide variety of weather events and phenomena, and can do forensic analysis and reconstruction of past weather events to support a variety of needs including for legal cases.
